KEDIA RESIDENCE

The site of this breathtaking plot is enveloped by lush trees, among which two striking Litchi trees stand out on the eastern and western sides. The building's form was meticulously crafted to work around the existing trees and preserve the natural landscape, rather than disturb or remove them. To optimize the building's energy efficiency, we also focused on incorporating sustainable and energy-efficient design elements. In particular, we maximized the use of the winter sun by including specific details in the facade design to let in ample natural light and warmth. Moreover, the site features an abundance of waterbodies throughout, such as ponds or small lakes, which not only add to the scenic beauty but also create a unique microclimate. These waterbodies help regulate the temperature, increasing the overall comfort and livability of the building. All in all, the design seamlessly integrates with the environment to create a sustainable and harmonious living space.
